However, the shade's upper, lower, and home positions are still set. When the shade jogs once, then release the button.Īll remotes are now unpaired from the shade. On the shade, press and hold the program button for 7 seconds.If remote does not operate shade, you can press the manual button on the motor. Exclude all shades from your shade network.The remote LED should flash green, amber, and red before turning off. When the LED stops flashing, release the button. On the remote, press and hold the program button on the back for 15 seconds.Exclude all remotes from your shade network.Make sure all of your shades and remotes have power. If any shades or remotes aren't powered, resolve the power issue using these instructions.Using Standard (2-button) or Plus (Single Channel Remote) NOTE: If your shades and remotes are a part of home automation system, consult with the home automation provider for the proper steps to exclude the shades and remotes from their network.
